Review the local draft before submit. Submitting creates a pending admin-review draft only; it does not create live workspace access, user accounts, final payroll, or active operations.

Review requires at least one subject, farm/location, product/work type, and settlement model.

Manual kg and manual attendance fallback are mandatory.
Rates change often; old kg entries must preserve historical applied rate.
Scale values must be confirmed before save; no auto-save from scale.
Settlement remains preview / working settlement basis, not final legal payroll.
Worker onboarding link target is 48 hours, controlled by admin/supervisor.

GDPR/RODO information and worker consent flow need legal review.

Field tablets should use device enrollment; no MAC-only security.
